Return & Refund Policy

Custom-Made Jewelry

Each custom piece is designed and crafted specifically for you based on your approved design and specifications.

Because custom jewelry is personalized and made to order, all custom-made items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once production has begun.

Before manufacturing starts, you will receive a 3D design preview for review and approval. It is your responsibility to carefully verify all details, including design, measurements, engraving, stone selection, and ring size.

Once final approval is given, production will commence and the order cannot be canceled or modified.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before design work has started.

If design work has already begun but production has not started, we reserve the right to deduct any design, consultation, or administrative costs incurred before issuing a refund.

Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.


Manufacturing Defects

We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will inspect the item and, if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue at our discretion.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, theft, or damage caused by third-party modifications are not considered manufacturing defects.


Shipping Damage

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and item.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and determine an appropriate solution.


Ring Sizing

Customers are responsible for providing the correct ring size when placing an order.

If resizing is possible for your design, resizing services may be available for an additional fee. Certain designs cannot be resized due to their construction.

Please contact us before ordering if you need assistance determining your ring size.


Ready-to-Ship Items

Items listed as ready-to-ship and not customized may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused and original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
