For custom-made jewelry, production begins only after the customer has approved the final design and payment requirements have been fulfilled.
Production times vary depending on the complexity of the design and will be communicated during the ordering process.
Processing & Production Time
Custom Jewelry
Custom jewelry pieces are individually crafted to order.
Estimated production times typically range from 2–6 weeks, depending on the design, materials, and current production schedule.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Ready-to-ship items are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods
We use reputable shipping carriers to ensure secure delivery of your order.
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Cubic Gems is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.
Risk of Loss
Ownership and responsibility for the product pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier or upon confirmed delivery, as permitted by applicable law.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
